Our People
Our studio is led by Dane Lewis, who brings over two decades of experience in architecture and design. His work is focused on housing, spanning a variety of scales and form shaped by our land, never imposed upon it.
Dane focuses on projects that are both market-aware and deeply human, guided by the belief that thoughtful design and strategic planning create long term value. Known for his collaborative leadership style, he brings consultants and clients together with clarity and enthusiasm.

Simply click the subscribe button, make a payment and we’ll immediately send you our discovery intake form. This requires a bit of homework by our clients in the beginning but we’ll take if from there.

UNION offers a ton of flexibility in how you request services using the shared web-based design board. Some common ways clients request designs is directly via the design board chat thread, sharing Google docs, or even recording a brief video clip.

On average, most requests are completed in just two business days or less. However, more complex requests can take longer.

You'll work directly with Dane Lewis, founder of UNION. Dane brings an inherent passion for design and the technical knowledge obtained from 20 years dedicated to his craft.

Once subscribed, you're able to add as many design requests to your queue as you'd like, and they will be delivered one by one.

We understand you may not have enough design work to fill up entire month. Perhaps you only have one or two design requests at the moment. That's where pausing your subscription comes in handy.
Billing cycles are based on 31 day period. Let's say you sign up and use the service for 21 days, and then decide to pause your subscription. This means that the billing cycle will be paused and you'll have 10 days of service remaining to be used anytime in the future.

After the discovery form is completed by our clients we’ll have a 60-min video session to explain our tech stack, processes & map out your project’s framework. After this meeting most communication will be asynchronous, in form of chat threads or short video clips posted directly to the shared design board.
